EyeglassesBD is an online retailer of reading glasses serving customers across Bangladesh. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make.
2. Products & pricing
We do our best to describe and price every product accurately. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (เงณ) and may change without notice. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Most orders are Cash on Delivery โ you pay the courier when your glasses arrive. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock issues.
4. Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Delivery times and any applicable charges are confirmed at the time of order. Delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help resolve them.
5. Returns & exchange
Exchanges are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy. Please review it before ordering.
6. Intellectual property

7. Limitation of liability
Our reading glasses are non-prescription reading aids and are not a substitute for a professional eye examination. For persistent vision problems, please consult an eye specialist. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
